Pistachio ice cream on stick
Mix all the powdered ingredients
Mix the milk with the pistacho paste
Mix in the powderd ingredients with the liquids sing a stick blender
Rest the base for at least 15 minutes and then blend again
Load the machine following the instruction and start in production mode
dispense the ice cream in a piping bag
fill up the desired mold and place the stick
blast freeze the mold; in the meantime prepare the coating melting the white chocolate andthe cocoa butter, the add the pistacho paste; store at 30°C
remove the ice cream sticks from the mold when they are solid frozen and dip into the coating; before the coating get hard can be decorated with pistacho grain
store at -16°C/-18°C for the service
