Over the past 60 years, we’ve evolved from modest beginnings to redefining what’s possible in beverage equipment. 1963
The birth of CRATHCO drink systems

Three innovators—Bob Thomson, Al Armstrong, and Whitey Crampton—set out to transform the beverage world. Merging their initials to create ‘CRATHCO,’ the brand was born with a mission to redefine drink dispensing.

That same year, the launch of the industry’s first standard double dispenser laid the foundation for a future filled with groundbreaking creations.
The age of CRATHCO innovation had begun!
1967
From local leader to global pioneer

CRATHCO’s reach expanded beyond borders in 1967, marking the beginning of its global journey.
By 1969, the single-unit dispenser hit the market, and in 1970, CRATHCO redefined the industry with the first triple dispenser. Each innovation raised the bar for quality and design, cementing CRATHCO’s place as a world leader in beverage equipment.
1998
Expanding into new frontiers

In 1998, CRATHCO set its sights on Rayong, Thailand, launching production of the Cold Beverage Dispenser Premix.

This move marked a bold expansion into the Asian market, reinforcing our global reach and dedication to bringing high-quality beverage solutions to more customers worldwide
2012
A revolution in refreshment

CRATHCO introduced the Simplicity Bubbler, a true game-changer in the world of cold beverage dispensing. With its user-friendly design and efficient performance, this machine made it easier than ever to serve perfectly chilled drinks, transforming how beverages were menued and enjoyed.
2018
A new chapter with Electrolux Professional

In 2018, CRATHCO joined forces with Electrolux Professional, opening a new chapter of innovation and collaboration.

This partnership debuted the Cold Beverage Dispenser EZ Care 2.0, combining cutting-edge technology with sleek, modern design. Together, CRATHCO and Electrolux strengthened their leadership in the cold and frozen beverage market, setting the stage for even greater success.
2020
Building the future

With new manufacturing operations in Thailand and Italy, CRATHCO expanded its production capabilities, positioning the company to set new industry benchmarks for efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.

This global expansion was a key step in our mission to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in beverage equipment.
